Your client.
Your direction.
Our delivery.

Bring us into the development work your agency needs to deliver. We build websites, features and integrations, with content and campaign support available for a defined brief.

Help where your
delivery needs it.

A role that fits
your client relationship.

Behind your agency

Subcontract a defined scope under your direction, including white-label delivery where agreed. Your agency manages the client, commercial relationship and consolidated approvals.

Communication

We report to your named contact and use the agreed review process.

Alongside your team

Introduce Sphere as the specialist responsible for part of the project. We can join agreed client discussions while your agency keeps its account role and service responsibilities.

Communication

Everyone knows who owns the brief, approvals and delivery decisions.

A direct referral

For work you want to refer, introduce us with the client’s permission. Sphere can scope and contract the referred work directly, with the relationship and any referral terms agreed first.

Communication

The introduction defines what is being referred and where your involvement ends.

Look inside the work.

Client website work, owned publishing and original software show different parts of our implementation experience.

These examples show implementation work. They are not claims of white-label agency results or campaign returns.

Clear responsibilities.
A useful handoff.

Agree the contribution and fee first. A small paid implementation or review gives both teams a practical way to establish how we work together.

  1. 01

    Client relationship

Name who owns the account, who can speak with the client and who approves changes. Any introduction to the client or additional work goes through the agreed agency contact.

  2. 02

    Delivery and review

Sphere owns the agreed contribution. Your agency supplies a brief, assets and consolidated feedback through one decision-maker. We agree review dates, acceptance checks and how scope changes are priced.

  3. 03

    Access, ownership and confidentiality

Agree access, confidentiality and permitted tools before sharing project material. The scope records source-file handoff, ownership terms, third-party licences and any specialist involvement. Portfolio use requires permission.

  4. 04

    Launch and ongoing care

Identify who authorizes release and who manages hosting, accounts and support afterward. Maintenance, response windows and future changes need their own allowance. Capacity and timing are confirmed for each engagement.

Practical questions.

Can we start with one small project?

Yes. A landing page, a defined feature, a content batch or a technical review can stand alone. We agree the deliverable, fee, revision allowance and acceptance checks before starting. Follow-on work is a separate decision.

Can you work in our existing codebase?

We assess the stack, documentation, access and required change first. Where there is material uncertainty, a paid review can establish the implementation scope before you commit to a build.

Who will do the work?

Sphere is founder-led, with a named delivery owner. Specialist help can be brought in when the scope supports it; involvement, access and review responsibilities are agreed before work begins. Availability is confirmed with the brief.

How do pricing and ongoing support work?

A defined contribution has an agreed fee. If you need continuing work, we can scope a monthly allowance with priorities, review points and response expectations. Software, hosting, media spend and specialist production are identified separately.

What do you need
to deliver?

A rough outline is enough to start. We’ll review the fit, clarify the missing details and propose a paid next step.

Public links or a high-level description are enough for the first message. Arrange access separately.
