These terms apply to your use of spheremedia.com, operated by Sphere Media Inc. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

Website information and services

The site describes our agency services, portfolio and original projects. Content is provided for general information and may change. Examples illustrate particular work; they do not guarantee the same results for another business. Projects described as in development may not be available for use or purchase.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client engagement, reserve availability or commit either party to a purchase. Paid work, fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality, ownership and support are agreed separately in a proposal or service agreement. That agreement governs the engagement.

Content ownership and permitted use

Website text, imagery, designs, demonstrations and other materials belong to Sphere Media or their respective owners. Client logos, screenshots and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

You may browse the site, share links and save or print pages for personal reference or internal evaluation of our services. This permission does not allow resale, republication or commercial exploitation of the materials, or imply a licence to client assets, software or source code. Ask us before reusing material beyond these purposes.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate others or abuse the enquiry forms. We may limit access to protect the site and its users.

Enquiries and material you send

Provide accurate contact details and only send material you are entitled to share. You retain ownership of your enquiry content. We use it to review and respond to your request as described in our privacy policy. If a project requires confidential material, arrange an appropriate secure channel and any confidentiality agreement with us first.

Privacy and analytics choices

Our privacy policy explains how we handle enquiries and use optional analytics. Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow it. You can change that choice through Analytics settings on the site. Agreeing to these website terms or continuing to browse does not by itself grant consent to optional Google Analytics tracking. Declining analytics does not prevent access to the site or enquiry forms.

External websites and referrals

Portfolio links and other external links lead to websites with their own terms and policies. A link is not a guarantee of another site’s accuracy, availability or services. Any referral or provider relationship requires its own agreed scope and responsibilities; submitting interest does not guarantee leads, placements or participation.
