Can you work behind our brand?
We can discuss white-label delivery, confidentiality and who communicates with the end client. Those arrangements are agreed before work begins.
What does a first project cost?
We quote a defined piece of work after reviewing the brief. Send the budget range and deadline so we can assess fit without a lengthy proposal process.
Can you take over an existing project?
Potentially. We first review the codebase, access and remaining requirements. If the unknowns are substantial, we scope a paid technical review before committing to implementation.
How do you handle changes and ongoing support?
Acceptance criteria and review points are agreed upfront. Sphere can also manage hosting and maintenance under a separate monthly scope, with client-owned accounts, a defined allowance and response targets. Additional work needs approval; monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
