Choose Connected WebsiteDelivery targets begin after scope approval, scheduling, and receipt of your final content and access. Hosting, domains, paid services and licences are separate. Custom design uses a reusable technical foundation.
After launch
After full payment, you own the custom design and project code, with source access at handoff. Existing Sphere tools and third-party software retain their licences, identified in your quote.
Your domain and hosting accounts stay in your name. CMS editing features are agreed during scoping, so you know what you can update yourself.

A straightforward process
Tell us what the website needs to do. We confirm the right package, content requirements and any separately priced additions.
Once scope, payment and materials are ready, we schedule the work and build around one agreed direction.
Use your included revision rounds, then we test and launch. Ownership and access arrangements are set out in your scope.
Before we begin
Your logo, final copy, images you have permission to use, and access to relevant accounts. Copywriting, branding and substantial content preparation can be scoped separately.
Ecommerce, memberships, complex migrations, custom applications, additional pages, ongoing SEO and ad management are separate. Paid tools, hosting and domains are also excluded from the build price.
A 50% deposit reserves the agreed schedule; the balance is due before launch. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback within the agreed direction. New features or a new direction require a separate quote.
We include a 30-day period for defects against the agreed scope. You can manage your own hosting or choose a separately quoted Sphere hosting and maintenance plan. CMS editing features, recurring costs and support coverage are confirmed in your scope. Search setup does not include ranking or enquiry guarantees.
